991 GT3 Cup limited-slip differential with cross shaft: New development :
Limited-slip differential and pinion shaft for Porsche 991 GT3 Cup racing gearbox. New development of a robust
Solution for Porsche 991 vehicles that do not run in a series that uses homologated parts
must.
Many of the features of our G 96 / 97 LSD have been combined with a completely new housing without stress concentration
which resulted in premature failures in the OEM unit.

Characteristics:
- Multiple ramp angle options including custom designs.
- Break-away torque easily adjusted by a set of Belleville springs instead of shims.
- 16 friction surfaces.
- The differential housing splits in a new location away from the main load paths, strengthens and stiffens
the area under the ring gear and addresses problems in the OEM unit. - The housings are hardened with heat treatment and the same steel from which the racing gearboxes
so that it offers excellent resistance to fatigue. - The end cover is held in place with the world’s best ARP fasteners with fine threads,
which allows maximum clamping capacity. - Side and gear wheels with billet CNC machined tooth shapes with carefully selected root radii and
pressure angles to withstand extreme shock loads and ensure ultimate durability. - Unique LASER cut oil passages are cut into the clutch plates so that excess
Oil can escape with a clear path. They also serve as lubrication pockets to ensure that the
wet clutch always provides the right amount of oil, resulting in predictable friction characteristics. - The cross is precision ground with a specially shaped hub for additional rigidity.
- The housing integrates a specially shaped positive oil intake and lubrication delivery, which the centrifugal
exploits power. - The cross/pinion shaft is interchangeable with the original, however we recommend using the ring and pinion as a pair.
so that these sensitive components can work together.
