MODUL 1

2.5 - 2.7 - 2.9 - 3.2 - 3.4 - 3.6 - 3.8 liter, 911, Cayman Boxster, engine block, engine body, engine housing.
Porsche 986 - 987 - 996 - 997 short engine with chrome molybdenum cylinders in the following condition:

This offer also includes the following work when your own engine is repaired by Albert Motorsport:

• Check your delivered engine block for cracks and the required minimum hardness as well as other points.
• Clean your engine block completely inside and out and remove any coarse aluminum corrosion from the outside.
• Clamp your engine block on a CNC milling machine and remove the factory aluminum cylinders from the block.
• Spin the engine block onto the base and unscrew it to install new AMS chrome-molybdenum steel cylinders.
• Install AMS - chrome - molybdenum steel cylinder with lamellar graphite into the engine housing to match the displacement.
• Temper the AMS cylinder bonding in the engine housing under pretension and allow it to harden completely.
• Spin on new chrome-molybdenum steel cylinders to match the piston dimensions and hone to final dimensions.
• Align the later cylinder sealing surface precisely and grind it flat to the mounting surface using a planing bench.
• Pack the engine block ready for travel and secure it to a pallet.

MODUL 2

• Delivery of OEM pistons suitable for the block:
• 6 x forged OEM Pistons
• 6 x OEM Piston Rings
• 6 x OEM Piston Pins
