MODULE 1

3.4 liter, 911 - 996 Carrera engine block, engine case, engine housing.
Porsche 996 short engine with chrome molybdenum cylinders in the following condition:

This offer includes the following work, including repairs to your own engine by Albert Motorsport:

• Check your delivered engine block for cracks and the required minimum hardness as well as other points.
• Clean your engine block completely inside and out and remove any coarse aluminum corrosion from the outside.
• Clamp your engine block onto a CNC milling machine and remove the factory aluminum cylinders from the block.
• Unscrew the engine block at the base and unscrew it to install new AMS chrome-molybdenum steel cylinders.
• AMS - chrome-molybdenum steel cylinder with lamellar graphite, suitable for the displacement, installed in the engine housing.
• AMS - Temper the cylinder bonding in the engine housing under pre-tension and allow it to harden completely.
• Spindle new chrome-molybdenum steel cylinders to match the piston dimensions and hone them to the final size.
• Precisely align the future cylinder sealing surface and grind it flat to the mounting surface using a planer.
• Pack the engine block ready for travel and secure it on a pallet.

MODULE 2

• Delivery of the block matching:
• 6 x Forged OEM pistons
• 6 x OEM piston rings
• 6 x OEM piston pins
